Right after putting request for quotes, got very good quotes from travel agents. This is my second booking with TT after Kerala. Compared to last time, involvement of TT coordinator was significantly less. Bhoomika from travel triangle wasn't responsive at all to any of my queries especially after I rejected thier preferred vendor felix feria's quote which actually used to call me and say we are calling from TT but they are actually service agents. A few emails to them went unanswered. They basically couldn't care less. Coming to take a break service agent, Tuba and Ramiz were both responsive. They let me change itinerary multiple times before finalizing. They had fairly good knowledge of Bali and its places. There was last minute hiccup of Ubud hotel not available because of renovation but they found a very good alternative. Delivery of vouchers was very late, just 2 days ahead or the trip and it contained some errors which they rectified quickly. Our driver, Merta was just amazing. He knew it all including English language which is very important. Restaurants, beach clubs, and unexplored beaches, he nailed it all. He actually suggested us to skip a few temples and his suggestions were spot on. He was very patient and on one of the day actually was with us for more than 15+ hours as traffic was crazy. All in all, a wonderful experience. Bali is very amazing place to holiday as it has night life and quiet places. It has beaches and mountains.

We booked the trip and paid about 80k for 8D and 7N. The agent assigned to us was Sonali, who was really helpful all through the process. But, we had a bad experience almost at the end of the trip and Ronak was the agent who was supposed to help us but we felt he was not that helpful. We made our hotel choices based on the images present in the itinerary. Especially, our private pool for having floating breakfast was looking fancy in the itinerary but to our surprise, it was a very small pond. When we asked Ronak about it, he was like "The images in the itinerary are only for representation purpose" and asked us not to take the issue to next level. The room we received in the resort in Ubud was not that great too, it was seclude. There was no wifi and TV wasn't working too. We stayed there on night and on our request with the resort, our room was changed just one day before we left to India. Had communication issues with drivers as well. They did not even know English to the level that we were able to communicate with them properly. Overall, a good experience but had these issues. But, we decided that these issues would not effect our mood or steal our joy during the trip.

All was good but the only thing that we felt that was not informed to us was abou the travel guide, I was informed that the drive would be my guide and my thought was that the guide would accompany us to all the places and sightseeing and would explain us about it however, we got to know that the driver was not a certified guide hence he was restricted to entry any temple or sightseeing places as a guide so he used to give us a small explanation about the place and ask us to go in and come. This could have been informed to us well in advance otherwise I didn't have any problem with the driver or as a guide he was good. Other thing is that I would have got some suggestions on my planning though I wanted the hotels but they were very far from sightseeing places hence this would have been informed to me by the agencies and could have provided some suggestions
