Besides Pakyong Airport, the second major airport is Bagdogra Airport which is near Siliguri. The airport can be easily reached from the capital via taxi or bus.

By Rail

The nearest railway station to the destination is Siliguri and New Jalpaiguri which are 146 km and 187 km away from it respectively. There are frequent trains from the major cities including Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, and Guwahati. Additionally, there are numerous weekly as well as daily trains that run between these destinations.

By Road

Sikkim is easily accessible with a cab, bus or jeep from the northern areas of West Bengal. You will easily find a taxi or public transport that ply from Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and Siliguri to Gangtok and several other destinations in Sikkim.
