elhi to chandighad who is drunk and that was change aftet discussed but we loss our valuable 3 hours and we miss toy train in the tour of kalka to shimla....2) I face khajjiar hotel bad toilet...all over service is good but if hotel provide south Indian food in breakfast instead of punjabi breakfast so nice trip poonam Chauhan my executive Is doing good job and last my cab driver Mr narendra drive awesome car visiting all the place of my trip...love it

iour of HMT Peoples other than Poonam Chauhan was not good especially Mr Eshwar and Hr Team. Hotel manager of Manali( Sumer king ) behaviour not good. He was not make arrangement as he committed. But Thanks to Miss Poonam Chauhan, who work hard for our trip and prepared good plan .

d got a travel agent Samiriti Verma (Himalayan Mystries) a perfect person for our tour .From my very first interaction with her, Samriti demonstrated her care and concern for understanding the needs of us , and the experiences we had while traveling confirmed at every step that she not only understood our needs but had to the keen ability and knowledge to know how to meet them. An Honda Amage from Delhi to drive us for 2D/3N at Manali (Hotel Royal Regency)and then 2D/3N at Dalhousie(Hotel Mohan palace Dalhousie), also we spent a nite enroute at Dharamshala(Meghavan Resort, Dharamshala).Enjoyable trip, good accomodation, beautiful weather, delicious food, wonderful vehicle choice..Enchanting views, breathtaking scenic pleasures, Snow clad Rohtang, Mythical Hidimba Temple, Lots of Himachali Wines(flavored), treat of hospitality all over, lovely crowds, good shopping...I specially mention the Hotels above, since these were the best in terms of Service, Food, Hospitality, Cleanliness, and above all comfortable. My Trip began on 15th July 2017 @ Delhi and I presume and recommend this to be a very good time to be in these Hill Stations. Manali has lots of snow and mild rains, Rohtang is pristine still, paragliding is a hot adventure sport option and so is white water rafting; Dharamshala & Pong Valley are lush with fresh pines and green acorns, Mcleodganj and Dalai Lamas Monastery is religiously beautiful and Dalhousie with its winding roads is so poerfectly wonderful and that little 22 km drive to Khajjiar, simply WOW !!! Do not miss it for anything in the world...All In All, Keep Manali (Kullu)- Dharamshala (Mcleodganj-)Dalhousie on your Itineraries next vacation but TIP : If you plan to drive from Chandigarh, start as early as 0500 and also keep 3N/4D at Manali (Rohtang, Manikaran:Sulphur Hot springs, Naggar castle and Dr Roerichs Art Gallery)

ncluding my rating in the comments.I made booking for Shimla-Manali trip in June 17 from Himalayan Mysteries Tours & Travel and my Travel date was 3rd to 8th dec 17. Our pick up point was pre-decided to be Kashmiri gate but when we actually reached there and called our Travel agent to confirm our bus number he told us that pick up point has changed and it's now Majnu ka tilla. I was shocked to hear that since we were already reached Kashmiri gate. So we had to leave Kashmiri gate and reach Majnu ka tilla asap. It was clear miscommunication happened from Travel agents end. We should have been informed atleast a day earlier but they did not had a courtesy to do so. Transport agent was also rude when we asked him to provide bus number. After following up for couple of hours we finally got the bus.I was promised to provide Super deluxe room (room category also stated on my bookings at TT website ) but when we checked in to hotel, the room were of deluxe category. When we raised this issue to the travel agent they asked us to pay additional amount if we want super deluxe category room. Though we have already paid for super deluxe rooms and it's a part of our overall package. Travel Agent (Ishwar) was uncooperative and reluctant to accommodate us in super delux room with same package. We raised our concern to Travel Traingle Executive as well (via calls and Email) but they did not took any action against Travel Agent.Since I was in new city and was on honeymoon I had to step back and pay additional amount for better rooms.This was completely unprofessionalism and cheating of tourist by Travel agent. I believe this travel agent will continue with such ruthless services and keep on cheating people.Worse experience with Travel agency people, especially with Ishwar. This guy did not even listen to my problem and was just telling me 'sir hamne aapko jaise email pe diya Hai vaise hi package and service diya Hai. Travel Traingle to portal Hai uspe kuch bhi likha hota hai. Hamne hamare hisab se to sab barabar diya Hai'. I had to make outstanding 50% amount on first day of the trip. He stopped us during our side seeing and asked us to pay outstanding amount by cash. I told him we don't carry so much money in cash so I will make online payment right away. But still he was not ready to accept money by online. We had heated argument for half an hour in car itself.I had no other option than to pay him cash so I agreed to pay half of money by cash and remaining amount by online.Difficulties does not ends here. He booked deluxe room for us even though we have asked him for Super deluxe room. We again had very heated argument with him. I have mentioned all my conversation with him in actual review section.
