Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingHad a very good trip. The travel agent coordinator Nishitji always stood in contact with us and he always talked so politely and helped as and when required. Just one thing tso ensure that please dont force us to pay full amount before the trip completion.. Atleast 10% can be given on last day. Even after discussing at the time of booking only that some part will be paid at end of trip indrajit sir senior coordinator forced us to pay full amount... We somehow got the permit to changu lake though not till the lake...enjoyed the weather and snow there...also...Nishitji upgraded our hotel and the upgraded one was at the best location exactly at the Darjeeling toy train station and hotel was so good. we got a permit to go up baba mandir

Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingIt was a nice trip. The only regret is unable to visit Tsomgo lake and Nathula pass due to bad weather.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingAll arrangements were good and better than expected. Constant communication was there at every stage of the trip.Everything went smoothly. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeelingime, we again asked that why is this happening and why are we taken to closed places when we have already communicated. And all these places lsited above were not closed overnight, they were shut since a week or so due to snowfall. I believe its the responsibility of agent to check such information beforehand which did not happen. After all this, we requested Mr. Niraj to include Namchi in our itinerary. This should have been done earlier without our request. We were quite not convinced with these things. Communication - Although Pankaj and Neeraj were polite in conversation. But the planning could have been easily very better. Refund - We had to change the hotel in lachen as the roads to booked hotel were closed due to snowfall. Due to slippery roads, it was not possible for entire family to walk till hotel. So we had figured out hotel on our own and talk to Pankaj. He agreed and said you will have to make the payment of INR 6000 now which will be refunded later. Till date, it has not been done despite of 3 to 4 reminders. Good Things: Stay at Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling - The stay at all these places were amazingly delightful. The stay, food, service and family at Home stay in Pelling was very warm and welcoming. I would recommend 100 Petals (Gangtok) and Darapdaragaon were worth the stay. The stay at lachung was great but the staff was not that polite. Driver Suren - The driver with us from Gangtok to Darjeeling was extremely polite and drove very safely.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeelinghad a wonderful memories when I was there at Gangtok . Expect day 1 plan other days plan were great. they should have added even better places on day 1 instead of adding many places. Hotel room is good but the bath room had some smell. they should have kept air freshener for better smell. Trip to Tsomgo lake and Buddha park drive was really memorable. must visit places once in life time .
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingHotels at Gangtok was great. But at lachen and lachung it was just avg as you had said 3 star hotel, they are not even 2 star but good, neat and clean, awesome people those were providing service there. Cab was also good but the cab given to pick from airport was 3rd class and driver’s attitude was worsen. When I complaint it to Cordinator.. he responded very negatively. So they spoiled the very first moment of trip. But that everything was fine.
Trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - DarjeelingIt was a nice experience and the arrangement too lived upto the expectation.
