ays had to remind agent about the next days trip details. It was supposed to come before hand but this was not the case. It is not customers duty to to ask everytime when someone is on vacation. Cab was not arranged on time on very first day when we arrived at the airport. We waited for about hour. Agent neither inform us about the late pick up nor he was reachable on phone. Suggestion - pls change ur attitude while serving your customers.

e. I am writing this review, also for the travellers who would like to plan their holidays in Thailand.I had planned for 9D in Thailand and visited 3D each in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok accordingly. I chose Krabi over Pattaya because its a very scenic place with a very beautiful Ao Nang beach to its bay. Also, it is one of the best places to relax and enjoy the surroundings as comparatively less people travel to this place than Pattaya. The tours and pickup facilities were well planned and informed ahead and thus we faced no problem in travel and other services. Must do activities:1. Phi phi island : Famous for its scenic beauty but we did not find anything interesting other than Maya Bay.2. James Bond Island : It is sure one of the beauties and travel through ferry is a wonderful experience.3. Emerald lagoon tour : This includes Emerald pool, hot spring and Tiger cave temple. You can skip the tiger cave temple as one needs to climb 1260 odd steps up the mountain to reach their which is very difficult task after completing the emerald pool. It is far better to spend max time in Emerald pool as it needs lot of walking inside the jungle and many beautiful spots to visit inside.4. Four island tour : Again one of the best beauties, it visits 4 islands - Poda island, Chicken island, Tup island and Phra Nang cave beach/Railay beach. The snorkelling was one of the best experiences i had till date. It is just wonderful and splendidly awesome. They provide the snorkelling gears with no extra fees and we can take and enjoy the experience upto 45min to an hour. All the 4 islands are worth a visit.5. Safari world and Marine park : The best place to spend place to spend your day in Bangkok. It is surely the must visit places in Thailand as one will completely enjoy every nick of time spend there.6. Dinner Cruise: We skipped the dinner cruise as we were bored of eating the same meal every day and rather we spend our time hopping to new places and shopping.Beware and Well prepared:1. If you happen to be a Vegetarian then Thailand is not a place where you can rely on the outside food. The only veg menu we got in the lunch which was included in the tour was Rice and different types of dal which had varied taste mostly not up to the mark. The only edible thing is the bread and fruits which are plentifully available. It is always better to carry home food including chips as they are also non-veg there. We couldn't find any pure veg hotel in Phuket and found only one in Krabi - Govinda's on Aonang road. There are lots of pure veg hotels in Bangkok near Indira square.2. If any of the local operator in Thailand asks you to upgrade the seat in a multi layered speed boat, surely don't. It is just a waste of money.3. Hotel selections - As Patong in Phuket and Ao Nang in Krabi are vast areas do a good research and select hotels only nearby the beach and not insides of theses areas or you will miss the fun and also waste the time travelling to these beaches and other good places.4. Shopping - Bangkok is surely a shopping hub . Visit Emporium, MBK centre, Palladium, Platinum mall, Indra market and Chatuchak night market. Other than these there are lot of shopping hubs which can be easily found nearby these places. You can find a lot of varieties everywhere but almost similar markets.5. Carry a fully prepared toiletry kit including toothbrush and toothpaste. Hotels do not service them as in India.6. Always better to shop essential items like water and other things from Family Mart, 7 Eleven and such supermarkets.7. Try not to carry too many clothes as laundry is easily available everywhere and buying clothes from there is also cheaper.8. It is always better to carry Thai currency in cash and not in Forex/Travellers card as mostly it is not accepted and if then they charge 3% on the amount.9. All the tours mostly start by 7.00 am as in early morning. So one needs to be prepared and ready for an early wake up or the tour shall be missed. Hotels do provide breakfast by 6.30 am.10. Always carry a water bottle, sunscreen lotion and dry clothes on the tour. 11. You can easily rent a bike in Phuket and Krabi. It is much better to travel by Skytrains(Metro) in Bangkok as it is much cheaper and convenient option than taxis. One must also try and enjoy the bike sharing rides and Tuktuk rides there.12. It is always good to prepare and compare the itinerary with the agent. Bad travel experiences comes when complete understanding of the itinerary is lacking. Better spend more time on it before travelling.These were some of my experiences which i could note down. There is lot of more things which are worth to experience in Thailand. rding the trip day by day as it will definitely help the future travellers and customers booking for Thailand.Mine was 9 days trip starting from Krabi for 2 days, then Phi Phi Islands for one day, then Phuket for 2 days, then Pattaya for 2 days and Bangkok for 2 days. First 2 days in Krabi were good, We covered things which were included in the itinerary from the Ramble Over World Holidays however the time given to us at each venue was very less. Example of this is Tiger Cave Temple which had 1250 steps up and down along with many other attractions in the same place and for all this, we were given just 1.5 hours. I don't understand the point of tour operators dropping us at 4 in the hotel in the evening when they can invest the same time at the sightseeing and tourist spot.Time Management from them was not apt and we spend more time in the hotel and less visiting places.The third day was a disaster in terms of coordination as I had Phi Phi Island tour with 4 Islands but all I got was Krabi to Phi Phi Ferry and no Island tour was provided. This was a clear lack of communication between Ramble over World and Thailand coordinator. They have said me to compensate for the same however when you book package worth a lakh you don't expect a few thousand back, in fact you want the complete trip. It's not like I can again go to Phi Phi in that compensation. Also as of today, I don't have any idea how much and when I will be compensated.Fourth and Fifth days were spent in Phuket and the itinerary was covered. We had a good time in Phuket but as they say when all things go right something wrong is waiting. We were in the Tiger Kingdom in Phuket when our driver decided to leave us as she was getting late for another errand and without informing us she left us there. We came out and started searching her everywhere but to no avail. She should have told us her time limits and the best case could have taken us to the Tiger Kingdom in the morning. This was disappointing and seriously is the last thing a customer expects is to be alone in a strange country with no assistance. Sixth and Seventh days were spent in Pattaya but after Phi Phi and Phuket another experience we had here. In our Itinerary we had Alcazar show but again after having all discussion we were informed there that we didn't have Alcazar in our Itinerary and it was not included in the inclusions and we have to pay separately there. From the first day I was under the impression that the cost is covered but no it wasn't and guess what we paid extra there for the show. This is a clear mistake on the person who made the Itinerary. Eight and Ninth days were spent in Bangkok and again another experience was waiting for us. From Pattaya, we came via road to Bangkok and had Bang Kachau visit before our hotel check-in. The irony is the driver we got had zero English speaking skills and spoke only Thai. We had to use a mobile translator to talk to him. He missed the way for Bang Kachau twice and then dropped us someplace from where it would have taken us at least half an hour to reach the venue. As always he gave us 1 hour for going and coming and staying there. We didn't even visit the place because of his coordination with us and time shortage.Barring the above negative feedback and a clear lack of communication at times between Ramble Over World and Thai coordinator, we had positives also in the trip. We had a good coverage of sightseeing and all Airport pickups and drops were on time. We didn't face hassles in private and sharing cabs. The driver we had in Pattaya was one of the best that we had during the entire trip. We got very decent Indian food wherever it was included in the itinerary and Also we got time to do lots of shopping in Bangkok. Overall I will say I enjoyed my trip a lot but the customer service was not satisfactory. Missed Island trip, pending compensation for that, Tiger Kingdom incident of our driver leaving us, Alcazar show coverage and Bang Kachau incident in Bangkok were the ones which left us disappointed. One advice I would like to give is to check the vouchers and inclusions again and again and to buy a local sim as soon as you land in another country even if it's for as less as two days.

poned the itenary timing from 9am to 1pm so that post city tour cab can drop us directly to airport hence save time..but The cab took us only to WAT TRIMIT temple where we were asked to stay only for 20mins there.Post that he immediately dropped us to airport at 3pm when our flight was at 10:10pm. When we asked the driver he said he has other tours planned so he was asked to drop us to airport. From 3pm to 10:10pm we were at the airport and hence spoiled the whole last day of the trip. Horrible experience.will never recommend anyone.

further they did not show all the places which were promised in itenary ....also poor coordination between indian travel agency , their driver at Thailand and their Thailand travel agent... However the good part was that all this has not affected my trip and the schedule was somehow managed due my follow up and awareness.... To travel triangle and ramble over world : it was a good experience with you guys ..pls take this in positive way and improve your services.
