Hawai beach 2nd floor rooms are awesome, beach facing.Driver was very co operative and helpful, Thanks to Naushad.The only concern by all family members is: > Travelling time from one place or travelling time inside the Bus is far more than the enjoyment time. 80% of the time is spent in bus than the actual places, quite hectic. Did not get enough free time, hotel time.> Another thing is as soon as I came out of the train on 02-Nov in Ernakulam junction, the person who received us started asking about 46,000 Rupees pending. I told him that last payment is due on 02-Nov and 02-Nov is just started (9 AM), but he was not listening and was asking to withdraw money from ATM. Who carries that much money in train ? and we cannot withdraw that much amount from ATM. This experience was very bad.Stay in Hawai beach resort in Kovalam, just opposite to the beach. Best place and best hotel lived so far. 2nd floor rooms in Hawai resort are awesome.

l payment on Evening of 3rd day . and then My fourth day stay at Cherai beach resort was changed to a ordinary , poor ( Holiday hotel). it was a nightmare to stay on 4th night of my vacation. Rooms , furniture & service all highly unsatisfactory . Amazingly , suddenly my car & driver was changed from 4th day morning. I was given small indica car. Two bags had to kept on front seat and we Three members had to somehow sit on back seat for two full days ( 14th & 15th august). My impression is now -- till the time full payment was not made - I got very good service, Hotel, Car but just after full payment -situation reversed. Regards, Shambhu sharan.

ess and would personally like to thank Nicy from (Vacation and Holiday) for the patience she showed in arranging different quotes during our frequent changing trip requirements.Sorry to say, but we are equally disappointed with the behavior of cab driver (Vipin) having cab no. (KL08 BD 8035)from the start our journey it was looking that he is doing some kind of favour on us by taking us on a tour.Few things that we didn't liked about him are(1) He expected us to call one station before reaching Cochin at 04:00 am instead of he setting an alarm and reaching on time at railway station.Had to wait at Cochin station for 10-15 minutes inpite of calling him as per his requirement.(2) He was very rude when my child vomited outside the running car.We had infact specifically told him at the beginning of journey that few family members have motion sickness problem and wanted windows of car to remain open,He kept the windows open but when my son vomited he stopped the vehicle and threatened not to go further with windows open and asking us to make the child to vomit in polythene bag(3)Was not understandable - Tried to explain him that things become more messy as per our experience if we allow him to vomit inside the car and do not keep glasses open(Motion sickness people need fresh air).But he stopped the car and told that he is the owner of car and is more concerned about mileage of car and its interior than our child's health and suggested us of taking some old cab instead of his new cab.Would really appreciate if you can look into above issue so that your future customers do not face these kind of issues.The Marari Beach resort property and their services are awesome.Our entire family really enjoyed the big swimming pool, beach and hospitality of their staff.However I think that they still need to work upon the restaurant in terms of providing more options in lunch & dinner with more delicious food.
