Cab service was excellent but agent service is very much poor.From Last day of tour dated 14.03.2020 I am contentiously receiving the calls from Mr Afzal house boat/vehicle agent mobile no 9539920001 for demanding payment of my booking. He told that he still not received the payment from your company. Hotel of Kovalam also called for payment.Mr Anmol told me on 14.03.2020 to pay the bill amount and company refund the money. I am really surprised that when I paid whole bill amount in advance before 10 days from started of my journey then why he advise me to paid the his due amount.I lodged the complaint to travelangel but still receiving the calls from Mr Afzal for due payment because Mr Kuldeep and Mr Anmol not attending the calls.I am now fed up for poor response of company so please resolve the issue.
