The hotels promised in Invoice contract were changed by KK Holidays agency as they did not pay any advance to hotel even when I paid 15 days before and KK took that money to pay advance to hotels. for first night in Haridwar - I had to pay from my pocket for dinner even after Invoice included dinner - still waiting for refund from Travel Triangle for this breach of contract on first day by KK - This was after they changed my committed hotel with lower categoryThe quality of hotel went on deteriorating. In my 10 nights trip, I stayed 2 nights and had to wait at checkout in Barkot hotel as KK holidays had not made payment and Holtel manager did not allow me to leave (asking to pay there even after paying to KK holidays) Then I went to Gangotri staying in Netala area outside uttarkashi where substandard hotel was provided. This hotel provided stained wet already used 2 towels for 4 persons for 2 days. (8 baths to be manged with already used 2 towels) - this was 4th and 5th night and I warned KK holidays to ensure this does not repeat. Then KK holidays played another trick - They gave another agent name as Hotel manager name who kept confirming and promising reasonable good room as per invoice but we were shocked when Actual hotel manager said he did not get any message and he was not person who confirmed. At evening with 2 small children I had to stay in Basement Servant kind room in same hotel where good rooms were available and not given to us because Fraud agent (+91 7055425555) spoke to us like hotel manager and never confirmed with real manager. Servant room did not have wash basin no flush to toilet (one need to throw water) 2 feet by 3 feet place to bath with bucket, no geyser smelly beds not washed ever bed sheets and damp walls in basement where generator voice was so loud that you can not talk, forget sleeping - After this night 2-3 hour sleep we had to do Kedarnath big trek and my kids health went down. When I complained to KK holidays they kept fooling for an hour and then switched off their phone. Due to weekend Travel Triangle did not responseNext we moved to Badrinath and same trick of giving another agent phone number as hotel manager was played. But this time I failed their plan by taking real phone number of Hotel from Travel Triangle representative Aditya Saini. Thanks for their help. I directly confirmed with hotel manager on my booking. up course KK had not paid them but still hotel manager confirmed.... due to delay in payment hotel rates had gone up. Shameless KK agent Sonu Goswami (Phone number 8829894444 and 8209046328) told me hotel rate is high and I need to go other low rate hotel. I denied. Then my vodafone network was not connecting and we compromised and stayed in slightly lower priced hotel arranged by original hotel manager. Sonu Goswami put false message of death of hotel owner for this change which he did due to rate increase. For the tricks of Sonu Goswami I also timely informed to Travel Triangle and they tried to mediate but since KK club holidays Private Limited had INTENTIONALLY fooling customer and Travel Triangle, it was hard for Aditya from Travel triangle to manage. I request Travel Triangle to Black List this Agency K K Club Holidays (India ) Pvt Ltd - So that no further Tourists get fooled and reputation of Travel Triangle can be saved. I request all my Tourist friends - to make sure all your Hotel phone numbers are correct and confirm in advance rooms promised in invoice are provided. DO NOT TRUST agents like Sonu Goswami or agencies like KK Holidays. I am genuine family customer who booked 11 days 10 nights package with 2 adults and 2 children. All photos and videos are taken to keep evidence, and appropriate legal action may be initiated by me as time permits. The only good thing happened to us is through these adversities, we could do darshan of all 4 dham peacefully due to our own patience and accommodating attitude.RegardsRaj B
