holiday travel was of a great help right form assisting in the iterneary to finalising entire travel plan.Our tour guide cum driver Siddiq Bhai was immensely helpful throughout our stay & made sure we are comfortable. Neha from Kashmir Tours and Travels is very helpful during the vacation.Only negative we observed is rooms were booked far from the places. Gulmarg accomodation ( Grand Hill View) is very poor

Hotel at Srinagar and house boat were below par. In Srinagar hotel one room was very small, toilets were unclean, there was no provision for even charging mobile phones in power cut. Vehicle and ...
driver were good. Hotels at Pahelgaon, Sonmarg were good, at Gulmarg hotel was at a very odd location, much before Gulmarg. Travel agent did not provide guidance related to Gulmarg cable car rush, as a result the who;e plan got delayed and we had to skip a major point at Srinagar.As the main travel agent, Travel Triangle did not even make a phone call or did not even enquire once about how the trip was going on. On the penultimate day, I had some issues and I called them and explained to them. But not only no solution was provided by them, they did not even call me back. I am totally disappointed with Travel Triangle this time
