ed earlier.They called me to explain about all the tickets in detail and how it can be used(This could be very helpful for first time travelers).They were always checking if I had any problems with transfer etc and were very proactive during the travel, It was not like you have the tickets now handle everything yourself.The Hotels they gave me were very decent 4 star hotels with good staff and great location.
