We have faced some problems because of that during our trip and endup wasting lot of our time as well as missing few things.Also driver was a headache as he was very bad at speaking English and had very little knowledge of it. Also he was least interested to take us at any place and try to coverup all sites as soon as possible. We thought it is like that with all drivers there but it was not because the driver who came on last day of our trip to drop us to airport was very good English speaker.Ah it is one of the best places we have ever visited.Great weather, nice beaches, beautiful greenery and very welcoming people.I would like to visit many timea agin.See you soon Bali.

met so many people there and found our package was the best one,,, specially the choice of Indian food restro.....Every day was special in its own way...... what i loved d most was, hotel near market, KFC and dominos... Watersports, rafting, cruise and dinner, food at Queen's was a lit,,, villa, cab driver was so supportive......

m was very helpful all time in modifying the package as per our requirement. The Hotel Stay and Local Tours in Singapore and Bali are excellent and worth for the amount we spent. All the trips were well organized and perfect on time. The local agents were very helpful and friendly. Shyam was available for help all time and solved our queries immediately while we are on tour. I would refer him for the kind of support he has provided on urgent basis and also the best package compared to others.

Before finalising the itinerary information about the places and their significance needs to be provided to the customer thereby facilitating them to make an informed choice. Lot of places of significant importance like uluwatu, ulun dhanu temples, good beaches were not part of our itinerary. Water sports organizer insisted us to go for additional expensive packages and when we declined they refused to provide us proper service for our existing package. The cab driver/guide didn't provide us any information on the places visited. Park regis hotel was very good. Also recommend bali spa (not part of our package)
