Hotel and cab payment is to pay to driver and hotel directly which is not quite good.at once driver stop driving car cause of not payment by agent to driver.

to improve overall experience would be rely upon state services as well, rather than private bus service which was late by an hour to start from Manali. It had majorly impacted our return home. Arriving in Delhi Three and a Half Hours late.RegardsAditya

nt.We are just annoyed due to the rude behave by the cab driver.However the overall trip was nice and i will suggest the travel agent to use their own vehicle and own driver for offering best services.

Adventure consultant Mr.Rakesh and Tourist Mr.Sunny were very helpful and friendly. Documentation etc. was received promptly and the emails received prior to our trip were very helpful, ensuring we had everything in order before our departure. Mr.Rakesh is contacting us every day to make sure our trip going well to provide proper suggestions if need in between, Totally it is very well organized trip by the Agency. When planning our next trip I will certainly look at what is available and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mountain People Adventure to family or friends
