It's room and washroom was very untidy and there were mosquitoes and spiders inside. The food served in the boat was also tasteless. Since the houseboat was stinking and it started raining, we deboarded it after a couple of hours and we ended up spending extra money by booking a hotel in Alleppey.Am sure all this could have been better planned and managed. Over and above this, Mr. Naveen from Pacifica argued with me when I raised these concerns over the call and I must say that he is really unprofessional. However Prashant Arora from his team has only been my point or contact and he was really helpful all through the journey.
