But then while same flexibility is offered to me in deciding when and where to go. Snorkelling which was complementary and part of the tour package, was not provided . I could have managed with much lower costs had i planned all of trip on my own. I wanted to avoid the hassles so chose travel traingle for bookings. Last but not the least, the travel triangle agent assigned was not very prompt and professional in addressing my queries. I had to follow up till last day before the travel to get my travel tickets.

After ringing several calls they came over to our room for AC repairing but it was not working then only. Afterwards they had consulted me that they will change my room within half hour. After half hour no one was there to tell us whether to change the room or not.I have called again to housekeeping that whether they knew anything about it. To my surprise they didnt knew anything about the matter, then when I shouted over them to change my room they hanged my call. How unethical behaviour by their staff towards us. After that they were here to change our roomsThen change to room no 67Room no 67 : flush problem still persist Third grade low House keeping service Call them 2 times for flush problem at night. No reply from them till next morning. Next morning I went to reception to ask them whether they are aware of any problem or have any little concern raised by us. The staff doesn't knew anything and reply to us that they were sending the staff. The staff came over had a repair and told us that flush is working. As soon as we start using the washroom the flush again jammed. My question is that whether they are not concern about consumer satisfaction or they have such unethical behaviour towards all.I have just one suggestion with you to say if I had so much issue then " what is the use of taking your services and making my stay an comfortable and hassle free"I just demand a compensation for all of such issues which I had faced over the 3 days in Symphony palm resort (havelock) Best memories are my stay at Coral cove hotel at portblair. The infrastructure, services, food was awesome and upto the mark. The scuba diving at Havelock island :)

his whole thing was told to us 3 days before our travel. Secondly, the hotel that was confirmed for the Havelock , they changed it without any intimation and also it was communicated to us when we reached the venue that was pathetic. The hotel provided in Havelock was also below grade in comparison to which was booked earlier and communicated in itinerary and there was differences in hotel amount also. Above all this issues we had some good experience also that is the communication between we and the travel agency people were good. They took it responsibly and finally we enjoyed our trip and made it memorable.

He was patient to listen to my requirements of the trip and suggested relevant modifications to make it worthwhile, my concern of having to wait at the hotel lobby in Portblair after landing at 7am in the morning for early check in as check in times in hotels in the island is 12pm was fairly handled, we managed to get a room by 10am .The tour manager in Port Blair Mr. Munir was prompt and courteous, we were briefed about the next day's itinerary well and the timings were strictly adhered to, we didn' t have to worry if pick ups and drops would happen on time as whenever we landed from a new island there would be an agent to guide us through.With mobile network connectivity issues on the island they made sure we would not lose them, particularly like to thank Mr.Harris at the cellular jail for beautifully coordinating the tour as it was very crowded there,he made sure we didn't have to wait in long queues and got us to see the sound and light show.The cab drivers were on time , except on one day when we had to travel to Havelock they were delayed by 15 min which was again promptly addressed by coordinator. We needed two SUV s for airport travel which was provided. Thank you Mr.Mani.In Havelock, my special thanks to Mr. Bablu , he was there for everything from the time we landed for guiding the next two days, he even managed to pick up one of our gadgets we had left behind at a restaurant and deliver it to us, the guides at elephant beach were extremely helpful, cab driver Mr.Inderjit was courteous, prompt and my kids loved him..Out of the three hotels, Pearl Park Residency at Neil island had best kept rooms and location was excellent but i found a lack in their hospitality in comparison to Symphony Palms at Havelock where the staff is warm and extremely well behaved.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the organisation of this vacation and happy i chose travel triangle for the same.
