I was told and given in written that the name of driver and cab number will be sent to me before trip, but it wasn't. I found fly smart people very unprofessional. Hotel in Gangtok wasn't good, e...
specially food and staff. I could see staff in hotel was not listening to orders of their manager. Even other families which was in the same hotel didn't liked the hotel. Site seeing in Gangtok was good. But each driver took parking charges from us, as these agents didn't given them parking charges ( Fly Smart people has given in writing that parking charges are included in itinerary). In the end I wasn'thappy going with fly smartHotel in namchi Sumit Sobralia spa and resort was best. The time spent there was awesome
