One thing which I didn't like at all is the insurance coverage provided by the travel agent is very useless and pathetic with cover of only 5K USD and with 25% co-pay. Avoid that at any cost

acing any problem or not, i faced problems during the trip but no one was responding on time, neither TRAVEL TRIANGLE nor KKINGSMAN TRAVELS they were not replying me, the only hero behind this trip was just " Mohsin Bhai " ( Person who picked us from dubai airport) because of him i feel my trip was successful and he only tried his best to solve my issues, he was really helpful during my whole trip. In the end just want say i am not satisfied with travel triangle and kkingsman travels both. Before booking i was getting too many calls from both the companies for booking but after i booked i was not getting satisfactory service and response.

I want the agency to reconsider when curating trips for customers:1. Hotel - Excelsior hotel was offered as a choice which I opted for and regret having done that. Reception staff were not courteous and we had to run behind them for money that they owed to us. Also, when booking rooms for a large family the least we expect is for the rooms to be close and inspite of making multiple requests this was not done. The hotel staff were not even polite when we requested them multiple times. The only good point is the fact that rooms were cleaned daily which not many hotels do.2. Desert Safari-this is one itinerary that all agencies will include and also an opportunity where tourist can be easily cheated. I would expect agency to let the customers know what they can expect and how they can avoid getting cheated. For eg the quad ride, the VIP seating in camp etc.3. Agency could have planned this trip better by giving us a more customized itinerary as I learnt through my time in dubai that there are so many exciting places in dubai that could have been explored which we were not aware of. Eg on our own personal interest we went to Le Mer beach and it turned out to be an interesting place.Overall, I felt the agency did more of a pick up and drop service which I could have as well done with the taxi service. Hotel choice definitely makes or breaks the whole trip experience and this should have been better.

p being the Marina cruise. The driver didn't arrange for a proper vehicle and we had an uncomfortable ride back to the hotel from the cruise. Also , initially we had the cruise planned for Day 1 which got canceled due to engine issues. While we understand such things happen, we were communicated of the issue only upon asking.
