We found Mr. Pradhan to be a suave, cordial, friendly, soft spoken, ever helpful and thoroughly professional gentleman who very meticulously, carefully and thoughtfully prepared an itinerary for us that not only completely met our needs and requirements as also our special needs regarding good hotel stay and comforts in terms of our being senior citizens but also suited to our budget. Our transfers and travels in Bhutan have been perfect, smooth and hassle free. Airport pick up from Bagdogra and back was arranged in an Innova as per our wish. The travels within Bhutan were in a comfortable , spacious SUV again as per our requirement. Mr. Pradhan, Managing Director, Anywhere Bhutan took special pains to arrange for our hotel accommodation everywhere which were of a high standard suited to our requirement, they were spic and span and hospitality was great, staff behavior and service was top notch giving us no reason to complain, never. On our request for a good driver, he assured us he would accede. True to his word, Mr. Pradhan deputed Mr. Raj to be our driver for the whole Bhutan trip. Mr. Raj the driver is soft spoken, sweet, friendly, genuinely helpful and amicable with a good knowledge of Bhutan and its tourist places and museums and at times acted as a guide enabling us to know extra interesting facts about a place or places. With his help and interest, we got to see some places that were off the beaten track. But most of all he is an excellently perfect, confident, sensible and efficient driver. This immensely helped our Bhutan travel to be thoroughly hassle free and enjoyable at the same time. As I said , we didn't have to face any problem at any point during the trip and Mr. Pradhan, our tour operator was available all the time with regular follow ups and helped us with whatever information we asked for. Anywhere Bhutan Travels and its Managing Directot, Mr. Guman Pradhan will be our first choice for any future trip to the mountain Kingdom. Overall, it was Mr. Pradhsn and the gem of an itinerary that he created for us in effect put, without an iota of doubt , our Bhutan visit in a A+++ category.
