Before changing itinerary, they didnt seek our consent which made our anniversary trip horrible. I booked for 5N & 6Days , initially there was one activity in the evening but in the final itinerary they made 1st day off. And they put 1st day activity with other days journey for their benefits which made my trip haphazard. This is not only the case with me. Some other travellers like Yash Raghav from Delhi also reported the sameI request travel Triangle to delist them from your agents otherwise ur reputation will get damaged. I was amazed to see the speed of Lifts that it covers the distance in just 45/50 seconds. One needs more time to visit the many beautiful sites at leasure. During and after booking the payment specially after the payment, I had a hard time connecting with the travel triangle trip guide. Apparently she was on leave and no one was available to connect. I had to whatsapp, call, even call the customer care. The worst part was that the customer care promised thrice that I shall get a call back to discuss the problem with the itinerary however I didn't. It was only when I asked the customer care that I wanted to talk to some senior manager, did I get a call. Sanskar helped resolve lot of things but again that was at the last moment.2. Connect with the Agent (Trip to Globe): To start with Shubham was quite impressive. This being an international trip, I was slightly apprehensive. Shubham removed those apprehensions and made sure that all my doubts were cleared. He even went to a length and gave me very honest facts, opinions and recommendations. He made sure that I had the exact itinerary. There were 2 hiccups though wherein he missed an item in the itinerary and second I only received my booking confirmation a day prior to my trip. Shubham was honest enough to admit the miss and made sure that was incorporated. On the confirmation part I would recommend that the process needs to be changed. Amit from their trip co-ordinated well to make sure that I received the confirmation. Eti from their team also responded to lot of queries. A recommendation: please change your booking vendor Rezlive. Its a crappy system.3. During the trip: The most appreciative thing was that everything was on time and to the clock. We visited the East coast, DHow crise, half day city trip, dessert safari, dolphinarium, and Burj Khalifa. A little problem came in while checking in the Dolphinarium show. The vouchers had some problem but it as resolved when the folks from the show connected with the agency. The ground team were prompt to resolve it. Two recommendation, a better boat could've been selected for Dhow cruise. The dinner at Dhow cruise and desert safari was pathetic. Please select a better boat and camp for the same. Overall the co-ordination of the trip in Dubai was excellent. I would recommend booking your trip through Trip to Globe. Do ask for Shubham for the best booking experience. And if at all you are booking a trip to Dubai with cruise and desert safari please make sure you get good boat and camp.@Shubham: Wonderful job. Be a little less pushy to the customer. You were very prompt. Your efforts were visible through the entire process. Kudos to you.
