Mr. Iffaz prepared a very good itinerary and customised it as per our need. Mr. Muadh coordinated well during the trip. Some of the things which did not go well during the overall time were :a) Mr. Akarsh - Supervisor of Mr. Zeeshan, our travel planner was very arrogant during the trip planning. I though went ahead because Travel Triangle was only the mode of communication between the Blue Zircon travels and me. I had nothing to do with Travel Traingle post booking. b) The trip planner Mr. Zeeshan had left the organization but it was never updated to me that the trip planner is changed.c) Blue Zircon Travels - The colombo hotel Concord Grand was very bad and I would not rate it even 1 star.I believe the above are minor hiccups which happens and overall the trip was very good.

Visiting this archaeological wonder was amazing, Horton plains- hiking to " end of world " point , Tooth relic temple and getting sacred thread tied to our hands3. Our Driver - Mr. khaalik was very helpful and provided very detailed insights to country and culture. We felt good connect to the country. Being vegetarian we were bit skeptical but we were taken to good restaurants, we enjoyed the big big masala dosa. 4. In tooth relic temple of Lord Buddha, Blue Zircon tours driver Mr. Khallik ensured we visit the temple sanctum though there was big queue and get us sacred thread. That was our first day and we were impressed with the tours4. Our welcum at the airport by Blue zircon- Mr. Muaad and also bid farewell om last day5. Overall we liked everything and we were so bowled over by the hospitality of all, we had tears when we left Srilanka . 6. and friendly and the vehicle was in good condition - comfortable, clean and with an AC. A representative met me at the airport on arrival even though our flight landed 3 hours late. I was promised a complementary sim card but had to pay LKR150 for it and I did not receive my complimentary bottles of water. Also, after paying the initial deposit, they were a bit slow in responding to questions and queries. Despite that, I was happy overall with their service and would recommend their services.

. THe driver did not take us to any place where we get good vegeterian food except for one place in Colombo and he used to drop us in hotel and leave for his accomodation and this was annoying. Travel agent did not tell us about the entrance fees and this came as a surprise to me and was the most expensive one, No country has such entrance fees.there are better and the best places to visit in India. the agent did not tell us about the travel time will be 6.5 hrs for 160 kms. All this made a zero value of my money and was a disappointing trip over all. Airport was even worst when they refused to give boarding pass and claimed that flight is full and i had to prove them that i have connecting journey from Chennai to Bangalore as soon as i land chennai. After inspecting my tickets i got my boarding pass..What the hell.....There is nothing

Apart from that the pristine beaches in Negombo and bentota were a must see.The train journey was amazing from Nuwara to Ella and gave us an insight into the natural beauty of Sri Lanka

to Muaadh the young man was very courteous and gave a personal touch by interacting with us in the hotel. This year tourist inflow to the tear shaped island is probably the highest from all over the world. Visit Sri Lanka along with Blue Zircon. And enjoy the once in life time experience of watching largest animal in the planet in Mirissa,wonderful beaches in Hikaduwa and Unawatuna,the tea estates in the hilly region,revisit history in Kandy ,Galle and Colombo!!Whale Watching.
