Hotel at Munnar was good and was excellent at Thekkady. Cab and transport was good. Houseboat at Alleppy was average and A/C was not working properly. At houseboat hot water was not provided for ...

bath. There was not proper communication between travel agent and Houseboat company regarding Lunch and dinner for Veg and Non veg menu.For second installment of payment they were agree for online payment, but on arriving they insisting for cash payment. Then I talked with TravelTriangle and made online payment only. At Munnar we enjoyed a lot. Nice place to visit.
