We had the chance toexplore all the places according to itinerary except certain placesdue to bad weather condition but the way they carried us is extremelydeplorable. They were so keen to drop us to the hotel with somereasons in hand. May be I think they were very keen on discoveringAndaman with their friends.Serving Breakfast & Dinner was a part of itinerary. We were kepthungry for two continuous days without serving breakfast. Onquestioning them about this issue, their response was odious. Icontacted about this issue to the Andaman discover office staff, butagain no response from them. Another critical issue is timemanagement. Every single time we waited for more than 20 minutes fortheir vehicle. And every single time they were late but left earlywith some reasons. Customer satisfaction is the most important thingfor the tourism agencies. When you miss the most critical factor howcan you run the show ?Instead of seeing blue in Andaman, we were feeling blue .Especially because of the experience with you. blair, 2nd Havelock, 3rd day Neil and back to Port blair)They did not arrange the things what they assured us. We got final itinerary with Neil island and took print out and reached Andaman. Hotel stay was good in PortBlair and Havelock Beach resort.Till we reach Havelock, they did not tell us Neil island trip is cancelled and when we call them (Laxman, Sumit, Amit, Sandhya), they disconnected the call, no one wants to speak and arrange the other plan/trip. We wasted our time in speaking to all these people. All are irresponsble and everyone is blaming other member of the group. We had paid 23,000 including Neil island trip, after cancelling Neil trip they did not refund our money too.After so many requests, they arranged Elephants beach trip.Do not believe these guys!!. When the deal started they agreed for port blair,Havelock and elephants beach for 18k then we asked them to include Neil, then they cancelled elephants beach n included Neil island and increased package cost from 18k to 23k. We too agreed on that.But after reaching there, they cancelled Neil trip(they gave some bogus reasons, ticket not available now and all, we purchased this 23k package a month back they did not book Neil trip at all and took amount from us) and finally they arranged Elephants beach which was already there in 18k package, but we had paid 23k, they did not return me the difference amount.An advice/suggestion to all, please do not pay full amount to these guys until you complete the full trip.Reach me on 9886643239.
