I know this is very old , but during check in in hotel my name is not there after spend 1 hour and talk with travel agaent we know that the hotel booked on travel person name not on my name. And ...
all of the decoration on his name so it's not a good experience

-Shoes on Loose is one of the best travel guiding partners. Interaction with them was easy,staff is knowledgeable. They were very responsive and accommodated customization. Had a wonderful trip....
Hotels suggested were clean,with good amenities.- I would recommend them and would be glad to book one more trip through them.-One constructive feedback to Travel triangle would be- Not all agents focus on understanding the customer requirement and thats where we get blant quotes. Would have appreciated if agents would have given different ideas on planning the journey and then choosing the activities.
