ear daughter with us for the first time for such a long trip. It started with logging on travel triangle and it was all smooth afterwards. Trip adviser Khali was very helpful and responsive. travel agent Mr Riju was also very friendly and professional. the choices of resorts and house boats was excellent especially hotel location in Kovalam. I was very afraid of houseboat as I had an infant with me but the houseboat was safe enough with glasses. We just had to just keep a watch on the kid for the deck part. Only minus point in the trip was the driver. Although he was experienced and there were no issues with his driving but his behavior was extremely unprofessional and unexpected and undesired. He wanted us to be guided by him and visit only the places he wanted us to go like the spices' shop, amusement part in Munnar and one boat ride in Kovalam to Poovar beach. Had we gone by his suggestions, we would have ended up visiting amusement parks only in Kerala and we would have missed vivekanada Rock memorial in Kanyakumari. I would definitely recommend to avoid the Driver Mr Vijay Kumar(Vijayan). He was treating us as if we were sitting in the car for the first time in our life. Also if the travel agency is reading this, they should pull him for his behavior. He was just interested in his commission from the shops. He did not even have the courtesy to say thanks after we gave him some tip at the finish of trip.Rest all was excellent. I highly recommend Travel Triangle and DiscoverToIndia but will expect that the later looks into the driver part.If planning for Allepy to Kovalam, plan for at least 2 days.
