two female were traveling to Ladakh and had to travel to remote locations, however, our driver Karim, made the trip very comfortable. . The food quality at the Hotel Chalung in Leh is exceptional. All the staff members at all the places were very well behaved and humble. Emmanuel ensured we were provided oxygen cylinder as I had my parents (60+) travelling with me. All of us had a really great experience. I highly recommend everyone to book their trips with Emmanuel for a wonderful and stress free experience. As for Travel Triangle, this was my 3rd trip with them in 2 years and the experience has been only better. Kudos to TT and Emmanuel for making my dream trip to Leh-Ladakh a memorable experience.Special mention: The quotation was very reasonable and the provisions were beyond expectations.

Sharing the overall positives and areas of improvement.What we liked : The hotel in Leh - Kidaar was superb. Everything was spot on - the location, people, services, food etc. This is was the best part of the trip. The Mountain Camp in Nubra was fine as well . In Pangong, since the tents were demolished , we were shifted to Pangong Residency Hotel, which was a blessing in disguise as it was extremely cold and would have been a nightmare to stay outdoors . In short, all accommodations were fine. The food was basic but tasty at Pangong and Numbra (Kidaar had a huge tasty spread for bkfast and dinner) and that's okay considering the adverse ,remote locations and the scarcity of necessities in these places. Our driver Stanzing Meyo was excellent driver with good knowledge around the places. You need skillful and dexterous drivers here as the roads are super dangerous. Overall, the goods weigh much over the issues we faced.What could be improved : We were not explicitly told that this was not really the season and hence it was supremely cold even in Leh. We did our study and found out the weather conditions and luckily carried the thermals that were a must on all days. We were stuck in Changla for 6 hrs and atleast 3 hours of it contributed to the low maintenance of the vehicle. The chains that were to be tied to the tyres were broken and it could not be fixed on the tyres and without it the vehicle could not brave the ice-ladden roads. These precautions or inspections of basics should be done before the trip starts. Nevertheless, the driver tried his best to get things going.Me, my husband and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the trip and everything was very smooth from planning perspective. Thanks to the Explarience team. They did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends. In fact, we have already been getting queries from our friends and we are directing them to Explarience.Travel Triangle folks - No one contacted us to brief on anything except reminders for payments and a couple on times, when we wrote some concern mails when situation was not so good in the valley during Mar. We expected a better response from them.
