e than 5-6 times. Regarding trip I would say that UR Travel and Pacto (Bali Tour Agency) are not in sync. Not sure what was missing between this two company but as per Pacto itinerary plan didnt had everything that we had planned for our tour. Secondly there is no communication or contact from UR travel once you arrival Bali. I would appreciate if they be in touch with the traveler to see if everything is working smoothly as per planned or traveler are facing any challenges. They do not give proper instruction regarding pick and drop service and due to miscommunication I had to pay for my transport service for Safari & Marine Park however to compensate this Arun had provide me private car for 6hours to roam around. Overall I'm happy but needs to be improved on communication side between UR Travel & Pacto and UR Travel and Traveler once they are in Bali.Best memories is to enjoy Dinner in Bali Sunset Dinner Cruise, it was an amazing evening.Tanah lot and Uluwatu Temple is a must place to visit without this Bali trip is incomplete.Bali Agung Show in Safari Park was too good.

t on out visit to Tanha Lot Temple because of traffic. What was bad was that the guide from UR Travel said that it is because of Natural reason.
