Overall good experience start to end. All hotels were good. Hotel category or necessary arrangements should be considered as per family members. Cab driver was good in driving. But could be bett...
er in terms of politeness and hygienic. Should avoid using mobile phone calls while driving.booking experience was good. Still I felt it could be more prompt. Travel agent should plan iternery more effectively rather than just dumping the sighting places. Closing times of sighting places could be mentioned so as to plan the trip in timely manner. Some places where regular cabs cannot go and jeep hire is needed should be mentioned in iternery. The WhatsApp group concept I liked but it is not getting used as it should be. Promptness is missing there. Either delayed or no response for some queries asked on the group.
