ol picnic, changed the pick up time everyday on the last minute, some drivers were yelling at us and were not ready to listen anything.There are some refunds pending from Rustic routes which I'm still waiting for confirmation.

Hello Ms Meenal ,thanks for writing feedback,refund has already been given to you. I feel apologetic for poor behavior of Dubai supplier ,change of time also happened due to super peak dates Dubai was chock a blocked with traffic jams resulting in delays. i wish you had a much better experience.

There are 3 total complaints I want to make, first the agent Dharmendra gave me the voucher print on 7th Apr 2017 when I was heading towards Mumbai, so I didn't have access to printer and I faced...
lot of challenge in Wild Wadi, Burj Khalifa and many more places. 2nd is in Dubai my airplane reached 2 hours before and I informed the agent in Delhi 7 days before but our pick was done 1 hour late there. Now at the drop time also the same thing, Cab came to my hotel very late like 2 hours before the departure. So this is total complaints. Also driver talked to me rudely on the phone.Best memory was the Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip. The guy adnan was very good.

As you mentioned i gave you confirmation vouchers while you were heading to airport, i had actually given you voucher a few days back , what i gave you on 7th Apr was additional vouchers of Wild Wadi & Burj Khalifa (even told you its ok if you dont have print,local supplier would give you print out ) , i 'l check with supplier regarding this and other points you mentioned and get back .
