About

Bhutan is derived from the Sanskrit name ‘bhu -uttam’ or a ‘sacred land’ famously we call Bhutan as ‘The land of thunderbolt’ lying in the lap of the Himalayas, Bhutan has relied on its geographic isolation to protect itself from outside cultural influences for centuries. A sparsely populated country bordered by India to the south, and China to the north, Bhutan has long maintained a policy of strict isolationism, both culturally and economically...
, with the goal of preserving its cultural heritage and independence. Only in the last decades of the 20th century were foreigners allowed to visit the country, and only then in limited numbers. In this way, Bhutan has successfully preserved many aspects of its culture, which dates directly back to the mid-17th century.

It was a good experience with BINC Bhutan. They provided Good hotels with upgrades wherever possible. All good places were recommended and covered. Very effective co-ordination by BINC team which...
made the visit very smooth and hassle-free. Some facts not in control of the agents - No role of the compulsory guide-not worth, most of the places have high entry fees (mostly not worth keeping in mind the place). Someone visited Sikkim/North-East may find Bhutan similar to that, so not all places are worth-visiting. Overall good experience. I recommend BINC.

dibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about Bhutan's culture and history, while our driver Gyem Dorji navigated the roads safely and smoothly. From the breathtaking Tiger's Nest hike to the stunning Punakha Dzong and delicious local food, every moment was special. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to truly experience Bhutan's beauty and serenity. Last but not the least The Indian counterpart Nima Dhai, ensured a smooth drive to and from Bagdogra Airport, accommodating my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend Bhutan Inc for a seamless, enriching, and hassle-free Bhutan adventure!

The trip was good. Positive things: Accomodation was good, Food was good, Vehicles arrived in time. Guides were OK.Negative things: In our group 4pax were US citizens. We have informed this to th...
e agent a few months before. The agent informed us that they have to pay SDF charges of $100 per day. but not informed about US citizens obtain Visa before arriving in Bhutan. This lead to 4pax denay entry to flight. 2pax arrived to Bhutan after 1 day and another 2 pax arrive after 2days due to this issue. During hike to Tigers nest only 1 guide was avilable for the group of about 25 people and this lead to delays. One of the programme called Live Musium is not worth for the entrance fee of Nu1000 per pax.

It was a good trip with a few hiccups. To start with, Vehicles picked up from Bagdogra and also drop back were in a pathetic condition. Hi ace in Bhutan was also average with no leg space, torn se...
ats. However the driver and the guide were extremely good, helpful and informative. The issue with the vehicle became secondary because of the friendly guide Wangpo and driver Jimmy. Hotels: Lotus villa - very good. Tashi yid wong - Good but food is below average. Lobesa - it is a very old hotel. Rooms and furniture look mediocre .They initially provided rooms with no view in basement. Upon escalating to the agent they provided the rooms with the best way for the next day. Food and people are best. They also organised a picnic lunch by Punakha Dong which was a a very memorable experience. We had worst experience in Lhayayel resort in Paro. Best to avoid this. Had to change to a new hotel after all day of travelling in the night at 8pm. About hotels , the travel agent could have done a better job in verifying the room quality for the price we had paid.Sightseeing : we stayed for 8days however felt short to cover the itinerary. Would have been great if the agent had suggested us to atleast take one way back from Paro directly to save two days of just travel.Overall it was a pleasant experience. Loved the country and the people.Phobjikha Valley
