e arrived in Guwahati at around 12 AM, the driver arrived on time, but he took us to a different hotel. I questioned the route multiple times as it did not seem correct. Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel.The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid.Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved.Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.
