It is very clear, travel agents do not have any control on cab service providers. The trip needs to be more specific and with siteseeing and agreed with the cab service providers. While travelling, it is not possible to always conatct travel agent and update with what is going on during the trip. The travel agents need to call every day and evening to get an update. Only, durng payments calls are received.Also, there was not a single call received from Travel Triangle representative to take any feedback during the tour.

ff members (Hotel Green View) behaved inappropriately and used derogatory and racially insensitive remarks in front of elders, which was quite disappointing --- an experience I would certainly not like to recall.That said, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Chandrasekhar, who handled the situation very calmly and professionally on behalf of Triptovana. Except for that incident, the entire trip was wonderfully organized and truly memorable.
