I had contacted the hotel and the hotel said there was no change in cancellation policy. It was blunt lie. Every customer has the right to know cancellation policy and because of kerala floods I had enquired the same and had asked condition of hotels so Nasa travels told me to enquire myself with the hotel directly and they will not do anything. Springdale heritage in thekday was affected a bit by floods but still the hospitality of the staff was good.
