he minimal package amd tours(cheapest option) last moment upgrade and booking were not possible at some places.dhow cruise was very bad.desert safari, miracle garden and global village was completed in hurry and proper time was not goven to complete these places.We asked to upgrade the burj khalifa for 148th floor (definately with extra charge), but it was totally worth the money.

Also except for the city tour we didn't get water from the company, so had to plan accordingly, that was an overhead for us. during the trip.Firstly, on arrival at Abu Dhabi Airport from India there was no information about the driver, after some time we got the driver details but driver declined the duty. We stood on a road side for 45 mins with senior citizen parents and 3 years old kid to get this sorted with the driver and agent. On reaching hotel we found that there was no pantry in the hotel and no food, tea or coffee will be served, breakfast was delivered to room in the boxes where food was not fresh and not even hot. Next day we reached Dubai, where the travel team dropped us to wrong hotel and they had no clue what to do next. Eventually we had to take a cab and go to the right hotel on our expense with luggage and everything, thank fully the hotel was very good. But every morning, the cab drivers arrived at wrong hotel and we had to ask them to reach at the right hotel which wasted our 1 hour every day because of which we had to rush for the booked events. Next we booked a Yacht ride, and highlighted well in advance that we needed it during late afternoon when it is not too hot, the travel agent booked the Yacht for 3 PM which was super hot for Dubai, even after multiple requests they refused to change / modify the timings. Ultimately, we went to a Yacht ride which we did not enjoy at all. It was super burning hot for little kid with us, it was a complete waste. And there were many instances where it was a hassle and a clear lack of ownership from the trip coordinator during the trip. I would thank Nitika for being generous enough to understand the situations and deal with the team and get things sorted many a times. Because of this, we could complete the trip. Otherwise we had lost faith on the unprofessional team we were dealing with in Dubai. Novotel Dubai Al Barsha
