Though the original arrangements made met the expectations, the real time co-ordination was very poor. Unfortunately during the trip, we encountered a cyclone while we were at the Neil's Island ...
and had to extend our stay for an extra day, as the ferry service was suspended due to rough sea. Mr Raj from Lets Go Andaman was not keen on making any alternate arrangements to our extended stay and asked us to make the arrangements on our own. That was very unprofessional of him. We literally had to fight with him over the phone to have him make arrangements for our stay at a government guest house in Neil's Island. Also at Havelock, we missed visiting the lighthouse, because Mr Raj couldn't communicate clearly to the local cab driver about the updated itinerary. We had a decent experience with the hotels, cabs & other services provided, but the general attitude & politeness towards the customers by the travel agent needs to be improved alot.

o weather conditions and our Elephanta beach trip was cancelled. It should be provided in any other beach like North bay Island.Neil Island TSG ORA stay was very good.

eil, we had to remain thirsty until we didn't find it ourselves in some shop. Car service wasn't good neither his behaviour in Havelock. Rest was goodHavelock was the best time spent overall. Be it natural beauty or delicious food of Barefoot resort or loads of adventures in Elephanta beach and the famous Radhanagar beach. Each time spent in Barefoot was awesome.
