hoices and tour guides but there was some loop holes between Tour Hunt Pvt Ltd and Red Apple Agency from where i received my booking vouchers. Coordination between both the agency was not proper. I arrived at Phuket marina hotel around 2.45 PM on 10- Feb-2020 and hotel reception guy told me that they haven't received payment yet from agency i waited for since 2 hours hrs to get check in. Its was really difficult situation for me after transfer from Krabi to Phuket and i m sitting idle for 2 hours for check in. I have mailed to travel triangle also for this issue but haven't received any revert from them till now, not sure weather to choose travel triangle in future or not because they don't listen to customers after full payment done. City tour was not managed properly as the places mentioned in the voucher was not covered other paid location included in that. Island tours was managed properly no complain on that. Overall experience was okay okay for me.

It was a great trip.Our hotel and villa both are awesome.They provided us two meal one lunch and one dinner,both are wonderful as food wise and location wise.They provided buffet lunch in a very nice restaurant with mountain view and candle light dinner at beach.Cab service was so good.they provided us a brand new car in private basis and the car is very spacious .Our drive DEVA is a wonderful man ,he is punctual ,have good communication skill, very good behavior and very helpful.The tour was very well organized and Ankit managed everything very well..We will certainly book our future trip with tour hunt.. re the journey starts. And post receiving the same we found that for all the 4days they have booked standard room whereas we requested for pvt.pool room/villa. Upon exhange of chats/communication with Ashfa with her manager Mr. Ankit he booked pvt.pool villa at end moment where we didnt had any option but to go with that on extra charge. Driver/guide were polite and they reached on time for all the days except for the last one where we requested change in location last moment.No whatsapp group was formed, communication/confirmation was delayed everyday. Everyday different driver/guide due to which it become difficult to get comfortable with. Wherever lunch/dinner was manged/organized by the agency was pathetic. Better they do not arrange it. There are good restaurants/ Indian hotel as well which they can book.At the end we have to pay extra at our first hotel and get our rooms upgraded to better which was just 500/- per day for deluxe room. Which agency could have managed. At our both the hotel, breakfast was not upto the mark. No variety for vegetarian family/couple.

managed experience. Shimla trip I'm sure it went good all because of the tour agent. Firstly Mr Ankit form Tour Hunts cheated us. Whatever was promised in the itinerary was not included in the Voucher. Voucher was issued after multiple requests just 4 days before the travel date. However, we had booked the trip 3 months before. After racing Bali, we didn't have a driver for pickup. Only after calling the tour agent in India multiple times, our driver came for pickup after 40 minutes. That too not the promised driver. SIM card, which was to be handed over at airport was not given and the driver had no clue on it. Each day it was a new driver who came and they come at their comfortable time. We have to keep waiting for their call. We missed mnay places and shows even after spending so much money because of teh driver's negligence. On the day of our inter hotel transfer, we were asked to walk down the lane to hotel which was 500 mts away with all our luggage and our kid just because the driver was getting frustrated in the traffic. One of teh driver even refused to come with us to ticket lane and asked us to take a guide with us which we refused. Another driver rushed us at every location, without letting us enjoy the trip. For all drivers, reaching hotel before 7 pm was the only target. They were least bothered or interested in taking us to the destination. Just because a waterfall was far away, the driver himself decided to take us to a nearby very much stream like a waterfall. We missed the Kecak dance just because of our driver, who said the tickets got over because he was not ready to stand in queue for a longer time. That day we couldn't even have our lunch properly as the driver was keeping on pestering us, while he was smoking around our 8 yr old kid. On the last day we were not even picked on our requested time to airport. The driver with whome we use to contact everyday, just washed his hands saying, I dont know, contact your agency, And that was when we got the emergency contact number from Mr-Ankit. Ankit, no words of your support, not sure how many vacations you have spoiled. And finally when it was escalated to travel triangle team, we got a very worst response, even blaming our daughter for not waking up on time, how clever. They were pushing all blame on us. They doesnt even think at this time of technology, we have everything mapped. our timeline in google maps, the pics we shot at different places, the calls we made are all the proof we have. Good bye travel triangle. You guys spoiled our vacation.
