with a local travel agent there made arrangements for the trip. Having read the raving reviews about Travel triangle I was relaxed that we were in good hands. But, I was proved other wise from the time we made our payments. The fervor before that in communication dropped and we had to deal with silence and unanswered phone calls on our accomodation details. We had to deal with very poor hotels in Tawang and Bomdila after arduous hrs of travel and the freezing cold. And in the name of fixing it or finding a solution only a compromise was made in and we were forced to stay in the same place. The pointing fingers amidst the travel agencies was the last thing we had to deal with at the end of a long day. In hindsight I'd advise no travel agency to accept an order they can't deliver due to lack of time or resources to just spare their customers bad experiences in a vacation meant to de-stress them.
