were 3 couples but we got only 2 sim cards and we faced so many problems in communication between the group and also we got the sim card on 3 day of our trip which was not acceptable at all. We had a trip to Bali but can you believe there was no beach sight seeing, When ever we told to our driver for beach sight seeing he always had a airport to pick other groups as argument.On the day of our arrival, planner was forgot to arrange transport for one of our member who was travelling from Australia although all the travel plans were shared and even on last day they did not provide us transport to airport for our Australian member and told us to arrange on our own.We had faced lots of trouble on our Nusa Penida trip day as they provide us the 2 vehicles only and the guides were so rude to tackle. First they took more than 2 hours time to arrange snorkeling for other groups and parked the boat in middle of the sea. Our children were panic in extreme hot weather. Then after they took us to Nusa Penida beach but provided us a time of 15 minutes to explore. That was very pathetic.Our planner collaborated with local tour planner who was not supportive at all.Overall it was a very bad experience with the entire tour.Some of my friends told me to not to book with Travel Triangle but even though I booked and now I have a regret but nothing else.
