t directly to hotel manu allaya in Manali, which is one of the best located hotels in Manali. The location was fantastic and the hotel was also great. This is highly recommended. We toured Manali for the next 3 days. However in this manali tour, the places to travel were not well spelt out to the driver and hence he was not completely aware as to what need to be done. After Manali we came to shimla and stayed as Radisson Jass for the next 2 days. Radisson jass again is a great hotel in Shimla. We ended the tour by visiting Timber Trail and Pinjore Garden on the way back to Chandigarh.Good :Hotels were good.Breakfast & Dinner were organized properlyTaxi was in a good condition and all inclusions were as committed.Cons:a) The Taxi driver was not like a professional tourist guide. He was just a driver. He did not know where to stop for snacks/lunch and more often than not he stopped in shacks/dhabas which were often not really the good one's .b) Taxi driver wasn't professional.He did not know the places that tourist are supposed to visit and hence we did not visit a lot of places that we could have visited in the 3 days.c) The plan could have been done in a better way, as Pinjore and timber trail were mentioned on our way back from Manali to Shimla instead it should have been while on the way back from Shimla to Manali.d) Few more places could have been covered with a proper itinerary.On the whole, the trip was a good without any unpleasant incident, inclusive of food, travel, stay etc and without a hiccup. Therefore youngwings have definitely done a good job.But in order to be considered a good agent, they need to become more professional and think from perspective of travellers than from someone who is local to those regions. Hotel Booked were really good. Manu Allaya in Manali was a fantastic choice, that was suggested by Youngwings. Trip was in general pleasant.
