From arrival to departure, we are much satisfied with hospitality of andaman Great Holidays. Mr. Bunny, tour coordinator at Port Blair is a sweet guy and he did his job perfectly to our satisfaction.. Arijit cab driver at Port Blair is punctual and sincere. Rishi at Havelock is also satisfactory. T

he drivers at Havelock are good. Mr. Surajit at Neil island is most likely among all the others. He is most caring, helpful, funny and best guide. We have been shown all the places as per the itenary. The hotel rooms were awesome. Airport hotel at Port Blair, Havelock Island beach resort and summer Sands resort at Neil are best hotels to stay. Especially summer Sands is awesome which is having pool side rooms. Breakfast is also good for all the days . Green ocean is very good and makruzz travel is very adventurous. Candlelight dinner @ Havelock Island beach resort is a memory for lifetime. Mr. Milan @resort is our Steward and he is awesome. Perfect candlelight dinner ever. Scuba diving at Havelock @eco diver is a wonderful experience. Light house beach is also good we did snorkeling and banana boat ride over there.. I would recommend everyone take 3 nights port Blair one night Neil and one night Havelock package. So that on day 1 they can visit local port Blair sight seeing along with jail, and move to Havelock there I feel one night is enough to explore and move to Neil for another day there also one night is enough.. And on 5th day I recommend everyone visit bartang island, mangrove forests, mud volcano and limestone caves which offered wonderful memories to us.. So finally everyone can peacefully enjoy their trip with andaman Great Holidays.. Good job guys.. Keep it up.. Go ahead.. All the best.

We had a good trip, travel agent was prompt and checked on us every day. Hotel Milan, Srinagar - very bad service and rude staff. They were not equipped to handle the holiday rush. Hotel Rosewood, Gulmarg - comfortable stay. Being a vegetarian, I found pieces of bone in the vegetable I had ordered

. The staff in the restaurant didn't care. Hotel Hermitage, Pehalgam - comfortable stay, polite staff, good food.

Cost of some extra expenses which we re not expecting should be included in the package. Milan bagchi was very helping and professional person who is providing cab service in Havelock but on Neil Island there is lot of cab issue as there is no network and only 2 cab for 5 travel groups. Best memory

She quickly sorted out some initial confusions we had with our driver. She gave timely suggestions, which was helpful. Our vehicle was comfortable and driver was friendly in our travel.Overall we had a memorable experience. Thanks for all the support.We are waiting to plan our next trip soon.

( unlike other tailor-made offers) Vikas backed by Arpita, had made my entire process painless and effortless right from choosing the right destinations, hotels, visa assistance, designing the itinerary and had been guiding for each detail as possible and provided friendly advice beyond being professionals. Most importantly they had brilliantly helped in fulfilling all my requirements and kept the budget optimized which has been unbelievable. Many mistakes were done by travel agency ,one of the mistake is the time we arrive in Florence was 2:30pm and the Hop and Hop bus booked for that day at Florence ended at 4 :30 pm, how are we supposed to check in hotel and get on bus and roam around whole city in that one and half hour. They made m

istakes in booking breakfast at Milan's hotel we had to pay for that meal again, which was already been paid by me in advance. Travel Agency said they will try to refund that but nothing has been done yet. There were free walking tours in every city which were not given as an option to us by our agent, we had to book them on our own . Hotel in Roam was overbooked and they transferred us to another hotel which was far away from main train station , we had to walk a lot because of that, and the booking agency had no idea about this . There were a lot of misunderstanding during payments due to travel advisors wrong convictions, the messages in travel traingle site were not mode of communication in the beginning we were not even aware of that, due to which we had to pay extra as one of Milan's hotel got cancelled. Loved Italy, very nice , Rome is amazing

y Aditya were best in my budget segment (all hotels were 4 star in the budget of 3 star hotels). Also, their local team were very much prompt in responding to all my queries/issues there. Aditya was too quick and prompt in responding to me during designing our tour plan. Overall I must say I had a better travel experience than my previous trip to Thailand last year arranged by one of the reputed holiday agency Yatra.com. Aditya, Holiday 2 Cherish team as well as local Thailand team (Siddhartha, Milan and all the other team members) you guys are doing great job. Keep it up.
