Archana's 7 days trip to North East

We recently booked a customized **Assam and Meghalaya tour** through **Triptovana**, and it was a very smooth and memorable experience. The entire trip was planned exactly according to our preferences, with a well-balanced itinerary covering all the important places while still allowing enough time
to relax and enjoy. The team was very cooperative, responsive, and patient in customizing the plan as per our requirements. The hotel arrangements, transportation, and overall coordination were well managed. The driver Mr. Matibar Rahman was professional and punctual, making our journey comfortable throughout Assam and Meghalaya. Every detail was taken care of, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. What we appreciated most was their quick support whenever we had questions during the trip. Their personalized service and attention to detail made this vacation special. Thanks to Mr. Abhishek’s excellent coordination, our trip was memorable and hassle-free. We truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him. We would definitely recommend **Triptovana** to anyone looking for a reliable travel partner for customized tours, especially for Northeast India.

Mail's 8 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

Our 8-day trip to Sikkim with Back To Holidays, covering Gangtok, Lachung, and Pelling, was overall a good and comfortable experience. Sikkim is truly worth visiting for its breathtaking landscapes, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful tourist spots. The hotels provided during the trip were neat, clea
n, and comfortable throughout the journey. Among all the stays, the best hotel was definitely Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling — the hospitality, food, and overall experience there were excellent. The best places we visited were Zero Point, Nathula Pass, and Yumthang Valley, all of which were absolutely unforgettable. A special mention for our driver Simon (Innova Crysta - SK07Z0141), who assisted us during the Lachung part of the trip. He was extremely polite, helpful, and enthusiastic about tourism and sightseeing. He guided us properly throughout the journey and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the most disappointing part of the trip was our experience with the first driver, Anil Gurung (WagonR - SK01TA2807), who was assigned to us for 5 out of the 8 days of the tour. Right from the beginning, his attitude and behavior felt unprofessional and questionable. We are a pure vegetarian family, and pure vegetarian restaurants were easily available at every location, but despite repeatedly informing him, he deliberately avoided stopping at vegetarian places because he personally preferred non-vegetarian food. He would stop only where he wanted to eat. Even when we searched for nearby pure veg restaurants ourselves and requested him to take us there, he refused. Because of this, we had to book an auto separately, spend extra money from our own pocket, and somehow manage our lunch near Bagdogra Airport on the last day. Apart from this, we were made to pay parking charges at almost every location, even though these expenses should have been managed by the driver or included in the travel arrangements. This felt very unfair and poorly managed. The worst experience happened on the day of our return flight. The driver was extremely irresponsible and not punctual at all. He went for lunch and disappeared for almost 1.5 hours. Despite repeatedly calling him, he ignored our calls and only answered the manager, “Shailendra.” Because of his careless behavior, we almost missed our flight. To make matters even worse, when he finally returned, he appeared to be drunk. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional for someone responsible for tourists’ safety and travel. Sikkim itself is beautiful and memorable, and some parts of the trip were genuinely wonderful, especially our stay at Rufina Palm Bliss and the experience with driver Simon.

Shashikala's 7 days trip to Gujarat

Shyam from Terra Travel & Driver, we appreciate everything you did to make our Gujarat trip memorable, wonderful, and enjoyable. The itineraries were well organized, and all the hotels were good. We went on a trip with one child and one senior citizen, and it was very enjoyable. The driver would tel
l us the next day's plan beforehand, so we could be prepared. Shyam always responded promptly when needed and fulfilled his commitment to complete the itinerary. Rann of Kutch, Jamnagar, Dwarka, Bet Dwarka, Somnath, Girnar, Gir National Park, Junagadh, and Ahmedabad were all places we visited during our 8-day trip. Having dinner at a resort in Gir, Run of Kutch, praying for 2 Jyotirlingas and 1 kund, and Stachu of Unity. The trip was truly wonderful.

Vinaya's 5 days trip to Sikkim - Gangtok - Darjeeling

The travel arrangements were awesome. Everything was well planned and organized by the sai tours and Travels. But we have few concerns 1. The ambiencs of hotel summit resort was very good but food is expensive. Even the coffee cost is same as 4 star hotel. And the location of this hotel is very wors
t as it is very far from the main area and bo mode of transport from this hotel to the main road. 2. The car drivers arranged for local Gangtok sightseeing and from Gangtok to darjeeling travel, were very hesitant to stop for the lunch. They were in a hurry to drop us in the hotel and leave by 3:30 PM. And hence we pushed to the situation of having the lunch post 4 pm after reaching the hotel. Apart from the above the entire trip was fabulous and we had a memorable trip. Thank you Travel Triangle and Sai tours and Travels We had a lot of fun in Nathula pass and it is one of our best and memorable place we have visited so far. Thank you.
