Pavani's 4 days trip to Himachal

I have always booked my trips through MakeMyTrip, but this was my first time trying Travel Triangle. Initially, I was a bit skeptical, but taking that chance turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. My first interaction was with Samjana, who was extremely courteous and, in fact, advised m
e not to proceed with payment without checking with her. That level of responsibility and care really stood out to me. The travel agents who reached out gave very reasonable quotes. A special mention to Neesha, who was incredibly patient and helped me choose the best hotel. She also ensured that Baglamukhi Devi temple darshan was included in my itinerary, which was very important to me. Throughout the journey, the team was always just a message or call away, which gave me a lot of confidence as a solo traveler. Vikas from TravelEPedia (supervisor/manager) was also very supportive and ensured that my trip went smoothly, even during a road transport strike in Himachal. That kind of coordination during unexpected situations truly deserves appreciation. The drivers, Mr. Rahul and Mr. Vijay, were very humble, professional, and ensured I felt safe throughout. They covered all promised places and made the journey comfortable. A special shoutout to Mr. Vijay from Himalayan Mysteries — a true gentleman. He was respectful, well-mannered, and went above and beyond to ensure my two-wheeler trip was safe. He even shared the history of places along the way, which made the experience richer. On the last day, he made sure I boarded my bus safely and only left after I was settled. That level of care is rare these days. What I truly appreciated about this entire team — Travel Triangle, TravelEPedia, and Himalayan Mysteries — is that they are genuinely people-centric. When you feel safe, supported, and cared for, paying a little extra doesn’t matter. As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making this journey so memorable.

Shashank's 6 days trip to Kerala

We had the absolute pleasure of having Ajju as our driver during our Kerala trip, and honestly, he was much more than just a driver—he was the backbone of our entire experience. From day one, Ajju was incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable. What truly stood out was how extremely accommodating
he was with all our ad hoc requests—whether it was sudden stops, changes in plans, or exploring offbeat places, he handled everything with patience and a smile. In trips like these, drivers often become your de facto guides, and Ajju excelled in that role. His knowledge, conduct, and genuinely good nature made every journey comfortable and enjoyable. He ensured we always felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and sincere in their work. Ajju didn’t just drive us around—he truly made our trip memorable. Thank you, Ajju, for such an awesome and unforgettable experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better companion on this journey!

Service was decent and basic arrangements like cab and hotels were fine. However, they showed zero flexibility during the trip. Any request to add or adjust plans was met with extra charges, but when we removed key points (saving their cost), they didn’t compensate or adjust anything. If you’re tr
aveling with them, plan everything in advance and don’t expect any flexibility. Also, get everything in writing—verbal commitments are not reliable.

Kiron's 7 days trip to Bhutan

The trip was good enough. Few staff at Paro hotel were rude but other hotel staff were good. Van arrangement was ok but low height not as agreed for high roof toyota van. Last minute hotel change at Paro which we had to understand after our calling agent, agency had not informed prior. Guide was not
so good with his english and in the end left us to another guide due to certain preoccupation. Takin preserve was not so essential. Apart from these the trip was ok and best was the cab driver who was very good. A good hotel at phuentsholing, visit to 108 stupas in the morning was good. Avoiding Tiger nest was a blessing in disguise for us. Buddha big size at Dordenma was good. Local dress with photo shoot was good. Simply Bhutan was good. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotels. Overall the trip was good.

Vrushabh's 7 days trip to Thailand

We recently booked an 11-day, 10-night land package to Thailand with Travtree Holidays, covering Bangkok, Phuket, and Krabi. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but the overall experience was smooth and well-coordinated. Our itinerary was packed with great activities. In Bangkok, Safa
ri World was a huge hit with our little one, and the temple tours were beautiful. The Krabi leg was fantastic—the 7 Island Tour and the Jungle Tour were standouts. In Phuket, the Phi Phi Island tour and the Old City tour were both well-managed and enjoyable. Since we only opted for the land package and airport transfers, we relied heavily on their punctuality. The transfers were seamless, which is a massive relief when you’re hauling luggage and a toddler! The only disappointment was the Elephant Sanctuary tour. It felt very rushed, lasting only about an hour and a half, which didn't quite meet our expectations compared to the quality of the other excursions. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday. Travtree Holidays provided great service and reliable transport. Highly recommended for families looking for a well-organized Thailand experience!
