Our recent experience with the agency was mixed due to several issues:
Driver working hours – There was no clear mention of the driver’s working timings in the itinerary or booking details. This led to confusion and inconvenience during the trip. According to him his timings were from 6 am to 8 pm
which we were not informed at the timing of booking or later also.
Chandigarh itinerary – The planned schedule for Chandigarh was unrealistic and could not be followed as promised. I had even pointed out the same but yet was told that those activities were possible. This reflects poor planning and lack of practical consideration for travel time and feasibility.
Hotel selection – On a positive note, the hotels chosen were well-selected and provided a comfortable stay, which was the highlight of the trip.

We booked our trip through The Vintage Trip, Varanasi, and it was an amazing experience. Everything was very well organized, including the hotels, cab service, and overall trip management. The journey was smooth and comfortable throughout.
We attended the beautiful Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat
and visited the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple, along with exploring Sarnath. It was truly a wonderful and spiritual experience for all of us.
A special thanks to our driver Amit, who was very helpful and supportive during the trip. He guided us properly and helped us manage everything, including boating, shopping, and local sightseeing.
