Overall experience was nice. Hotels could have been better. The travel agent was very courteous and kept on checking even during the trip as well. The Driver was very good as well

The Hotels of Manali were very satisfying but Shimla was totally frustrating though it tells it is family super delux but room was single and very congested. Overall trip was good with experienced driver. Enjoyed snow and river rafting with Family. Never imagined that with children we could enjoy rafting. It was very awesome moment for us.

We had a trip to Kullu Manali Shimla organized by Sandeep. The trip was nice and hotels, cab and other amenities arranged by him was good. The cab drivers were friendly and overall experience was good.

The cab driver assigned by the travel agency could have been more friendly and there was no follow up call for feedback from the team while on going trip duration.
