I recently booked my complete himachal Pradesh trip (Manali+Dharamshala+ Dalhousie) through turn on vacation and my experience with them was good. Fed up a lot with Shimla hotel owner.Since there was dispute between Travel agent and hotel owner regarding payment He did not allowed us to leave for Manali for 1 hour due to which we couldn't roam mata vaishno temple in Manali. I request not to book that hotel again for anyone .also travel agents should have managed this before customer involved to solve the dispute Overwhelmed with the ambiance and service of Manali hotel The Elysium zip to Himalayas.
