I had a nice experience with EJI Travels for our recent trip to Azerbaijan and Georgia from 10-20 Jan, 2025. The customization options were good during the initial quote phase and Praveen was responsive and helpful with all selections. He was also prompt in any support and adjustments during the trip. We managed to get good hotel options and itinerary for the trip duration although it was not the best time to enjoy all the diverse destinations of Georgia due to extreme cold and wind.

I would like to take this time and give a heartfelt appreciation to Praveen Kumar from EJI. I was looking out for Baku package i.e. including only car and attractions 3 days prior to my tour dates and he was the first one to reach out to me and the way he explained all the details and told me what all inclusions can be added to make our trip more flavourful. The arrangements that he made in a very short time frame is really commendable. Also, he was always available when I messaged him for anything whether it be 7am or 11 pm. There are few important qualities that he possesses i.e. listening skills, knowledgeable in the field that he is working, happy to help attitude etc. He also always tries to bargain in our favour from the international vendor. Going forward he would be my one point of contact for any international tours. Thank you Praveen for all your support and hope so our path crosses in coming future. The overall trip was great ! The inclusions provided as per the budget was appreciating . What could have made this journey remarkable was a great coordination and planning, I feel planning on the day wise schedule could have been better and in a way we could have got more time to explore some other place. As a suggestion always be in touch with the customer before trip and during the trip as well as it gives them comfort and assurance that things will be taken care of!!
