Binsar Family Packages

Hotel experience was mixed. Nainital hotel room was very small. Although we had confirmed for family rooms. Binsar and Kausani stay were good. Mukteshwar hotel location was quite remote and facilities were average. Food was also so so. Driver and cab experience was good.

Trip was great, albeit hectic as we covered 8 places in 10 days. So almost packing each day. Covered almost all places we planned. 6vout of the 8 hotels were great. Foods served at hotels were great in taste. Driver and cab were good. Pricing were competitive. The only concern is that neither TravelTriangle nor TripSailor could provide expert suggestions on trip plan optimisation, this should be taken care of to increase the overall customer satisfaction. Hotels, food comfort was amazing. The driver was not very much familiar with the roads, could have been better. Ms. Jyoti Rawat was most helpful and accommodating during the planning and execution of the trip. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely recommend. Stay at Binsar and Kausani were perfect.

It was overall a good trip however there are two areas of improvement, which should be rectified. The travel itirenary is not practical considering the journey time by car as after making the journey from Delhi to Bhimtal, no sightseeing is possible although departing Delhi at 10:30 AM. The same is applicable for the day of return. I requested for a favour as I was unable to make the long journey to Binsar from Kausani as we were travelling with a 2 year old. In such case, we would expect travel agent to communicate with the hotel & arrange for a partial calcellation fee at least. The resort at Kausani offers a beautiful view of the Himalaya.

We had a wonderful trip to Uttarakhand. Thanks to travel triangle n spotnik. All the planning, payment, execution by travel triangle for our stay n transport package was smooth n seamless. Mr. Ajit has been really helpful, flexible n gave valuable suggestion during finalising the details. He made all arrangements nicely - hotels, transport etc to suit our requirements of 2 families with kids. He also called during trip to get on-tour status n feedback. service of Tripsailer was not satisfactory at all. totally inexperienced stuffs are handling the job. they are doing errors but pretending that we are at fault not them. too much extra cost we have to bear that was not explained previously. hotels are at much distance from the proper location. overall behavior is not satisfactory. I had my worst trip till now. hope travel triangle will improve their services by not allowing bad travel agents to work with them at Binsar, the location, scenic beauty and the stay all was very pleasant.

My overall experience from booking a trip to Binsar is very good. From day 1 Preeti from Trip Sailor was in touch with me and give me an excellent support for all bookings. Driver was also a good man(non alcoholic), calm and with lot of patience. He knows that area very well. I think we should visit this place after some rainfall as it will be green everywhere. Mom and dad enjoyed a lot. l Our stay in Kausani was in Chevrolen resort, it was second best thing to stay in lap of nature and the first one is Binsar's zero point. I would love to go again in winter to see snowfall.

We began our trip from delhi to Jim corbett,Ranikhet,Kausani,Binsar,Nainital and Bhimtal. Overall trip was fantastic.resorts and hotels which booked by doon world holidays were worth to stay and in budget except one queens meadow hotel in Ranikhet. we njoyed a lot. Driver was co-operative. Mr.Arun our Agent was also co-operative and humble. I request agent not to book Queens Meadow,Ranikhet for any guest as behavior of hotel persons were pathatic. My tip for other travellers to be that stay atleast two days everywhere so that u may not feel tired because of hilly roads. Please be clear with agent and driver about the places included in package.
