He was very patient, understanding and helpful during our entire trip planning..Also special mention to Dorjay the driver and guide provided us in Ladakh was excellent at his job a good companion and was very kind. We booked a 6 Days / 5 Nights Kerala trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Right from hotel suggestions, locations, and sightseeing planning, everything was arranged in a very professional and well-organized manner. The entire trip was offered at a reasonable price without compromising on quality. Our cab driver was highly skilled, polite, and had excellent communication skills, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the travel company did a fantastic job in planning and executing our holiday. We truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip.

While the staff at all the hotels were exceptionally helpful and courteous, the food served at the initial hotel was never freshly cooked it seemed. They should take care and avoid serving stale main course.

On day 2, Cab driver did not follow the itinerary and did not took the couple to Konoor which was surprising to me.

Hotel Golden Castle was not up to the standard, their rooms were good but amenities were not nice, they didn’t had kitchen operating and every time we had to order food from outside, also we had to ask for toiletries as it was not their along with water bottles in the room and milk sachets and same is the case with tea and coffee sachets Apart from this entire trip went really nice and all thanks to Kimaya from Travel Corp for arranging such an amazing trip. Kempscave was great stay with no complaints and along with all the famous sightseeing . Very nice and great experience throughout the trip

Over all experience was OK. But telhere were 3 4 issue in the trip. 1. It was said by travel triangle agent khushi that your C fee has been waived off, but at the tillme of fimal payment she and the team denied completely. This was very bad from their side. 2. When it was asked to book hotels where Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

They are best in the market, everything was well planned and organised. We recommend them for any international travel.

Hotel room wasn't good no electric kettle, small cockroach were there, no good view from room. Breakfast and hotel food was nice though.
