At the time of booking, we had clearly opted for 2 bedrooms with an extra mattress in each room, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children ( anything beyond 7 yrs is chargeable as per communication during booking )This arrangement was explicitly mentioned and confirmed in both the quotation as well as
the hotel vouchers provided to us.
However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us.
Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

This was my 3rd trip to Sikkim and I am happy to choose Jeremy Travels this time. Mr Anand and Dipum planned our trip considering my needs as I wanted to explore new places this time. Overall itenary was well designed and memorable. All hotels booked by Jeremy travels were good except Hotel Lachung Pride.
Our driver Mr Pasang has been a gem of a person. Great driving skills in difficult terrain, snow etc. Very humble and polite gentleman.
I would certainly recommend Jeremy Travels to all who wish to visit Sikkim.

We booked our tour through Taking a Break Holidays, and overall, the agency did a great job. Ramiz was incredibly helpful with planning our itinerary and was very accommodating when we asked to switch some of our hotels. The other hotels they booked for us were exactly what we asked for.
However,
we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!
