The tour agent from 1 Point 5 Billion Inches, Ms. Ansh Mehta did a fantastic work on crafting it for us and she is very supportive and polite all the time. She was available anytime we had a query. Next, the driver Mr. Azad bhai, no words are enough to praise him. We felt as if he is our brother, he was professional and very skilled driver. Can recommend him to anybody without a second thought. The hotels given were nice, especially manali and dharamshala ones. Amritsar hotel was not good, but the agent spoke to hotel and tried her best to get the better rooms. The only issue I faced was at the Hotel when I arrived at Thiruvananthapuram, because I was not told about the check in time of the Hotel, because of which I had to pay an extra amount of 1k for early check in, Travel Agent did help me in this. All the flight bookings were done in this regard only that we shall be getting an instant check in. Alleppey Boat house was also not up to mark it felt very ordinary for the price we paid, it could have been better in same price.Other than this it went smooth for us, our cab driver was very nice and professional. #You can also add some local food cuisine itinerary in the packages.
