The chauffeur, Umesh ( from Lee Vacations) was very knowledgeable about the site seeing places of our tour which helped us in saving the time and cover more places in a given day. he hotel was 100-150 m steep down the road, which could only be reached through hotel jeep, our traveller stayed out. A good hotel but not a 4 star. The next day, my traveller broke down on our way to Thekkady and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for a couple of hours. The agency arranged for another traveller which covered our itenary for that day and dropped us to our hotel, Woodnote, which was the best in our trip. Local arrangements were made for our siteseeing in Thekkady, which were also good. Finally, a new traveller was assigned to us for our remaining trip, with with we covered Allepy and our drop to Kochi. Overall: Traveller Experience: 2/10 Grand Valley View, Munnar: 4/10 Woodnote, Thekkady: 10/10 Time Square, Allepy: 7/10 Agent Communication: 10/10 Travel Triangle Communication: 10/10

Although weather conditions affected some sightseeing, the overall experience was hassle-free and budget-friendly. However, I would have appreciated more proactive suggestions from the tour company on alternative activities during the bad weather. This would have further enhanced the experience. One area for improvement for TravelTriangle would be to maintain more direct involvement throughout the trip, as their role seemed limited after partnering with All India Holidays. Despite this, I totally recommend TravelTriangle and All India Holidays for their convenience and service quality.

spite full payment to the travel agent our check out was delayed as hotel was not paid. Driver drove recklessly in ghats causing motion sickness. The travel agent had no clue about booking at Wagah border and other trek details. Hotel DLS at Mcleodganj and Hotel Ark at Dalhousie were good.
