My friends family and my family were planning on a trip to Vietnam for 2 weeks and I was sceptical about travel agent itineraries. However Vietnam exotic tours proved me wrong.
Mr.Michael Do, Ms.Lila, Ms.Tracy and team made our travel in Vietnam truly comfortable and memorable. We traveled with 2 k
ids of age 3 years and not at any single point we felt the itinerary they planned for us was hectic.
Coming to the stays they booked for us. We were given accomodations at 4 star and 5 star hotels as requested by us and all hotel rooms were true to its category of stars. The halong bay cruise they had arranged for us was just out of the world and a mesmerizing experience.
The follow up from the support team was spot on. Nowhere we had to wait for our pick up drivers. The entire trip was co ordinated so precisely.
Kudos to the entire team for making our Vietnam trip memorable. We would highly recommend Vietnam exotic tours to any one traveling to Vietnam, especially if your traveling with kids.

Shining hills 5 star - rooms, staffs and food - all good.
Tapovan- rooms good, staffs service poor, food good.
Riverdale 5 star - Exceeding expectation in all departments. Best among the three hotel stays.

best at her work. Quick turn around time. Customer focused. Genuine im pricing. Ovearall she is a star performer.
Sanjeev- best chauffeur.
Room for imptovements.
1. E2E accountability should with the travel compny until the travel completion.
Example: Iteniary and travel plans of the customer should be known to the driver.

The Cab & Driver behaviour was very good. The Services of Balaji Vacations was also good. The hotels were good but in Coimbatore Hotel Le Grand Breakfast was given in sealed package instead of buffet which results to wastage of food. In Minner the hotel was good but on top of the hill and far away f
rom main market of Munnar. The hotel of Thekkady was best. The hotel of Alleppey was good but old furniture and fittings. Cochin hotel was good just near to Airport.
Best memories were Adi Yogi, Munnar, Thekkady National Park and Boat Ride, Alleppey Shikara Ride. The driving skill of Driver in mountain was excellent.

Wayanad trip 3 days 2 night completed with good memories. Hotel was so good but complimentary breakfast not good. Cab driver experience in hill station driving was good but lacked location knowledge - so we relied on Google maps. Robin was helping with good itenary and quote. Overall nice trip.

Udaan nirvana resort is need to improve. Car is not going to hotal need to walk 900 meters. And the water heater is not working properly and it's 3 rating

Cab is ok and good only the swift car and their manager is cheat
ed us to not send the ganesh TOK place in peeling.
Actually Ganesh TOK view is complementary said by sai tours manager due to 1 hour late in bagdogra airport pickup and the complementary ganesh TOK trip is full filled by SAI TOURS AND TRAVELS. actually cheated to client.
So for SAI TOURS only 3.5 rating.
Other all good and very much thanks with travel triangle. Next time please ensure to us to provide travel team better then sai tours.
