Hotel at Munnar Mist inn is not upto value. But at Thekkady Mountain hues is very good. At Alleppey some boat house issue but agency managed. Boat house is ok but they moved only 1/2 km which is not our expectations. Food is ok but generic. Travel agency has misguide. At cherai beach hotel infront of sea but room is too small. Journey was wonderful, all hills please is ok. At Alleppey house boat experience was beautiful.

I recently had an amazing 9-day trip to Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. A big thanks to Lila Dao from S Vietnam Trips for planning and customizing our itinerary, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support, along with Michael and his team’s prompt assistance during the trip. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. Our family trip from December 24th to 31st was a wonderful experience overall, with plenty of scenic beauty and memorable moments. Here's a summary of our trip: Gangtok Stay (Hotel Bella Casa): We stayed at Hotel Bella Casa in Gangtok, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The facilities and service could have been much better, which was a letdown. Darjeeling Stay (Jagjeet Yuma): Our stay at Jagjeet Yuma in Darjeeling was delightful. The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy environment, with excellent service that enhanced our experience. Transportation and Drivers: The drivers throughout our journey were professional, and punctual. They navigated the challenging mountain roads skillfully and ensured a safe and smooth journey for our family. Sightseeing Highlights: In Gangtok, we visited beautiful spots like Nathual pass (China Border) , Namchi and Changu Lake. The transfer to Darjeeling included scenic stops and sightseeing. In Darjeeling, we loved exploring Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Mirik Lake, Pashupati Temple Nepal. Overall Experience: Despite some issues with the Gangtok accommodation, the trip as a whole was an amazing family experience. The stunning views, serene landscapes, and time spent together made it a journey we’ll always cherish.

Hello, it was a last moment travel request I had raised over Travel Triangle but the most prompt reply was from Anshu of All India Holidays, it was not just prompt but sensible package with assistance on flight booking. Anshu was also always available over call for help. Also, would special mention for Cab Services from Narayan Raju and Cab Driver Deepak. The cab driver is very well versed in driving besides he assisted without expectation for ticket bookings, sight seeing, hill road driving. My trip was Bengaluru-Coorg-Ooty-Mysuru-Bengaluru Flight Assistance: Pune-Bengaluru-Pune Family trip 1) Mysuru to Ooty road trip via Bandipur 2) Driver’s assistance in getting tickets for Dubera Elephant Park during peak rush, and I wanted to visit the place for Kids 3) One minus point in hotel is for Hotel at Ooty, else all fine

Great experience, especially the eco point view and the houseboat. Good food at houseboat and breakfast at the hotel. Houseboat crew members were very friendly. Boat house was neat and clean and relaxing. Improvements: Could have provided AC in the hotel as it was not located at the hill top and felt the heat sometimes. Could improve the itenary to be a realistic possible plan as certain places were totally on a different direction to the other places so had to skip those due to time constraints. Parking charges were mentioned in the inclusions and yet it was collected at the end by the driver.

Service provided by "Sikkim Hills Tours And Travels" was excellent. Cab driver "Amir" was also good. I had selected Udaan hotels for Pelling and Darjeeling and those were excellent.

Mr. Ranjit, the travel agent, has done an outstanding job. He is always just a call away, extremely cooperative, and, most importantly, the coordination was flawless. Additionally, the driver(Mr SANAL) arranged by Mr. Ranjit was excellent. I would rate the entire experience 10/10. The highlight of my trip was watching the Hill top, Flower Garden, Dam, and Off-road ..etc in the Munnar & Thekkady. The views were absolutely breathtaking, We were able to capture some beautiful photos, but nothing compares to experiencing it in person.

The Toyota Rumion was comfortable and air-conditioned, making long rides enjoyable. “Basudeb” also provided valuable insights into the culture and history of the places we visited, which added a personal touch to the journey. ### 3. **Key Places Visited:** - **Jagannath Puri Temple:** The highlight of my trip, the **Jagannath Temple** in Puri is an architectural marvel. The temple is small and simple in comparison to the grand temples of Odisha, but there’s a deep spiritual energy here. I spent time observing the intricately carved stone sculptures, which depict various deities and symbolic motifs. The temple was quiet, which allowed for a reflective visit. - **Taptapani:** The hot water springs in **Taptapani** offered a unique experience. I soaked in the warm waters, which were incredibly relaxing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. - **Tibetan Village:** The **Tibetan Village** was a lovely stop.
